Ideal for cubicles, training and conference rooms, trading environments and private or open plan offices, the award-winning NeatLinks cable management system makes the tangled clutter of cables, power strips and ballasts a thing of the past. NeatLinks promotes a more organized workspace and gets wires off the floor to keep under-desk areas hazard-free and easy to clean. NeatLinks channels can be installed in countless configurations to accommodate each user and unique work environment. For optimal use, power strips and ballasts should be stored in large-diameter (3.6”) channels and cables routed through small-diameter (2.6”) channels.

1. Shipping

We as sellers promise that at the time of delivery the product that you ordered online will correspond to the description given by the Seller(partners) or be fulfilling the same functions or better than at the time of order. All products on Ergomood comes with a Full Specification, Feature or Sketch file.

    2. Cancellation & Returns Policy

    It’s okay – it really is. You have 15 days from you receive your product to change your mind, and note that all products should be in original packaging and without any damages. If you do change your mind, reach out to our customer services and they will help you with any further steps.

    • Returned products must be sent to our Partners or Manufacturer Warehouses. You will be informed about the address and contact before.
    • The Buyer shall inspect the Goods immediately upon receipt and shall notify the Seller within 8 DAYS of delivery if the goods are damaged or do not comply with any part of the Contract.
    • Where a claim of defect or damage is made, the seller will mend the damages he sees fit. The seller may ask that the Goods be returned by the Buyer to the Seller and the Buyer shall be entitled to replacement Goods or a full refund if the seller should choose to do so.
    • Goods to be returned must clearly show the number previously obtained from the Seller on the package (RMN). Buyer is responsible for re-packaging the goods properly so they may not suffer any damage during transport.
    • Where returned Goods are found to be defective due to the Buyer's fault the Buyer will be liable for the cost of remedying such damage.
    • The Private Buyer has the right, in addition to any other rights, to cancel the purchase of the Goods and receive a refund by informing the Seller in writing or by email within 15 working days of receipt of the Goods.
    • Before returning the Goods the Buyer will receive a return confirmation from the Seller with a number.
    • Goods must be returned at the Private Buyer's cost and should be adequately packaged and insured during the return journey. The Private Buyer shall receive reimbursement of all monies paid for the Goods after the Seller has received and checked the goods and found them in the original state.
    • The seller reserves the right to diminish the reimbursement if the Goods are found to no longer be in a state qualified as new.
    • The Buyer explicitly waives any rights for cancellation or refunds on custom goods, manufactured to his specifications. Should there be a defect or lack of compliance the Buyer shall be entitled to a repair, exchange or upgrade until the Sellers has delivered the exact custom piece(s) as specified in the offer/ sales order.

    1. 10 years of Warranty!

    At Ergomood we know that a good product with a great design results in longevity therefore we stand by the products we offer. We promise that the products will at the time of delivery correspond to the description given by the Manufacturer or be fulfilling the same functions or better than at the time of order. All the products from our marketplace (ergomood.com) meet our quality standards. Our curation and quality control ensures the best possible quality for you and the fastest possible help in case of failure. Of course we also expect you to treat the product with due respect and use it only as conceived by its creator. A chair is not great for downhill racing, a table is not a chair and... you know what we mean. Our warranty extends over 10 years of reasonable use in the intended function and does not cover things like scratches or dents that appear through ordinary use. If a gas cylinder of an office chair stops working, we will replace it - no discussion!

    2. Are there exceptions?

    All our products will be delivered with basic care tips. For example, if you order a solid wood table with cleaning tips (such as: “don’t use toxic chemical solutions to clean your desk because it can damage the painting”) failing to do so will void the warranty.Should an upgrade or improvement affect important specific parts of the order such as color, size or weight then the we will inform you in due time before delivering the goods and give you a choice to withdraw from the sale. This does not apply to custom goods, where an adaptation might be necessary to maintain the functionality required by the Buyer.

    3. No extra paper work for missing parts or broken products at delivery

    You don't need any extra papers except your invoice number (your customer number usually suffices, too). Please contact our customer service team in the first instance as they can advise the next best possible step.

    4. If a product is no longer available you can change a broken product to something else.

    Because we are living in a super-fast and competitive design world, our partners are upgrading or launching new products in order to satisfy their clients needs better. If a product that you purchased for example last year that has a valid guarantee cannot be repaired and the product is not available anymore, we can offer you an alternative product of your choice in the same price range.
