1. What is the fastest and easiest method of payment?
We encourage you to pay with any Credit Card, Apple Pay or PayPal. When using the bank transfer option, please take into account the that money transfers can be slower than credit card payments and could take up to 2-3 days for payment confirmation.

2. How long does the shipping of my order take if I'm from EU?
This depends very much on the products, but 90% of our orders are processed the same day and shipped within 24 hours. The estimate delivery time is between 7 - 10 working days! The indication of the product availability on our product pages and in many products, lists is an important clue. If items are available and in stock, we can usually send them immediately, all other delivery times are confirmed delivery times from our suppliers, this means if the delivery status shows "order based - 2 weeks", the manufacturer receives the order the same day and is committed to manufacture the product in 2 weeks and send it so the shopping company can deliver the goods in 7-10 working days inside EU.

3. How can I track my Ergomood order?

4. "No Hassle" Return Policy & How to Claim an Order You Purchased as a Guest!
We want you to be completely happy with your purchase. If you are not satisfied with any new product, for any reason, you may return it for a refund of the purchase price or an in-house credit, or you may exchange for another product within a fair amount of time from the shipping date (usually 30 days). You can buy most items on Ergomood without creating an account. If you purchased an item as a guest, and want to create an account, you can claim that order. 1st step is to find your email receipt but if you cannot its enough to send a picture or scan or any other related document of the product and our team will take care of the refund process.


5. What are B-Stock / Refurbished products?
A "B-Stock" is a product which has been returned by a customer within their 30-Day Money-Back Guarantee or replaced under guarantee and can no longer be sold as "A-Stock". These products are offered at a special discount price, are fully functional and come with a full 2-year warranty. Customers may find that these products show traces of use or scuffing and may not come in their original packaging but will always be checked prior to shipment. You can opt for extra pictures on WhatsApp and our Sales team will get in touch with you in short time. These items do not come with a free return guarantee, as they are considered "sold as is". Please get in touch with our team to discuss why you may not be able to keep the product and we will try to find a solution that works for both sides.

6. How to use a discount Coupon on website?
It’s very simple! You only have to add the product(s) you want to your shopping cart and when you arrive on the checkout page just fill out the COUPON form with the code received by mail, phone or other promotional ads. If your coupon code didn’t work it means that your coupon is valid only for specific products or it just expired. Please always check the validity of our coupons before using.


7. How to make a return?
It’s okay – it really is. You have 30 days from receiving your product to change your mind, and note that all products should be in original packaging and without any damages. If you do change your mind, reach out to our customer services and they will help you with any further steps. The easiest way to contact us is by email or chat!
