Train your back with Ballo For active sitting - recommended by Physiotherapists
If you want to strengthen your back, Yoga or Pilates are great, but even while you're at work, you can insert a little training session, switching your task chair for a Ballo for up to one hour at a time. Like a training ball you use at a physio session, it requires all of your back muscles to be active, rather than slumping in your chair.
